1.1. This Policy is an integral part of the End User License Agreement for the Mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "EULA"). 2.1. When using a Mobile application for its intended purpose User does not actively provide any information about him/her. SF COMPANY, TOV does not collect and store the data that enables identification of users (personal data).
2.2. Personal Information in this Policy means as follows:
2.2.1. Data transmitted in a depersonalized form in automatic mode, depending on the settings of the User's software including the operating system of the User's device.
2.2. User acknowledges and accepts the possibility of using third-party software in the Mobile application; as a result, such third parties can receive and transmit the data in a depersonalized form as stipulated in the paragraph

Additional details regarding the User's activities within the Mobile Application. The extent and terms of collecting and utilizing impersonal data by the owners of such software are directly specified by them and are subject to the documents accessible on their website. By accepting this Policy and configuring specific settings in their software, including the device's operating system, the User consents to the terms governing the collection and utilization of data by the owners of the aforementioned software.
2.3. SF COMPANY, TOV will not validate the accuracy of the furnished Personal Information or ascertain whether the User possesses the requisite consent for its processing following this Policy. It is assumed that the user acts in good faith, and carefully, and makes every effort to keep such information up to date and obtain all necessary agreements of the subjects of personal data.
